Knowledge Retention Pilot Project Status: CompleteReport Date: 04/23/2020 Summary: MnDOT developed three knowledge books that preserve the expertise of departing engineers with over 100 years of combined experience in key topic areas. The information is presented in a multimedia format using slides, documents and videos. The knowledge books represent the following topics: Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation and Repair (a slide presentation available by request due to large size), Bituminous Knowledge (an e-learning curriculum available at the link below, 2020-11A) and Structural Steel Fabrication (an e-learning curriculum due out in 2021).
