Then with the aid of field visits, distress survey, field core collection, and a large-scale laboratory testing, a guideline will be developed for designing asphalt mixtures for low-volume roads. The study will suggest a mixture design including the recommendation on the minimum effective binder content (Pbe) for low-volume roads of Minnesota.
