Preventive Maintenance Best Practices for HMA Pavements Status: CompleteReport Date: 06/04/2009 Summary: Researchers evaluated the effectiveness of pavement management crack and surface treatments, and created a manual to provide agencies with guidance on the use of these treatments as part of a long-term strategy for preserving and improving the condition of road networks.
