Advanced LED Warning System for Rural Intersections: Phase 2 (ALERT-2) Status: CompleteReport Date: 02/27/2014 Summary: In this second phase of the Advanced LED Warning System for Rural Intersections (ALERT) project, the ALERT system is redesigned to mitigate the issue of vehicle roll-through at minor approaches with no intersection conflict.
