Develop Element Level Bridge Performance Measures and Targets Status: ActiveProject Start Date: No DateSubscribe for Updates Summary: The objectives of the proposed research are to develop bridge element condition indexes that will guide cost-effective life cycle treatment selection; to develop a process and a tool to rank bridges within treatment categories based on the developed indexes; and to provide MnDOT with updated performance measures, targets, and a process which will manage Minnesota bridge assets with minimum life cycle costs.
