Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) for Urban and Suburban Street Application (Research Implementation) Status: ActiveProject Start Date: 12/30/2019Subscribe for Updates Summary: Two recent LRRB studies validate the assertion that FDR is a viable and cost-effective option for urban and suburban asphalt pavement rehabilitation. This RIC project will develop a video, outreach materials or update existing training with research findings, focusing on local agencies and their experiences. Specifically, addressing how to conduct FDR in areas with curb-and-gutter, utilities, storm sewers, manholes, etc. It will also address what should be done with excess reclaimed materials.
