Asset Management Tools for Local Governments

Summary:

Local agencies need assistance with managing their assets and communicating to the public. The focus of this study will be to develop a consensus on the definition of Life Cycle Cost (LCC); how it is used and the purpose of communicating to residents. This project will further implement three previous related LRRB research studies and syntheses.
