Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Tool

Summary:

Through a series of surveys, interviews and working group meetings, this research implementation project will aggregate examples of CIP tools used by Minnesota local agencies highlighting those with GIS interfaces and identify how Minnesota agencies are setting their CIP priorities.
