Clear Roads: Expanded Use of AVL/GPS Technology

Summary:

The goal of this project is to help state transportation agencies optimize the value gained from the acquisition of AVL/GPS units by deploying them year-round, rather than just in winter maintenance operations. The final report will help fleet managers demonstrate the return on investment that this technology can provide to transportation agencies.
