Texas Underseal

Summary:

The purpose of this project is to survey Minnesota agencies and agencies from neighboring states (IA, WI, SD, ND) to develop a database of projects and synthesize information on pros/cons, who has used, cost, when to use, etc. Additionally, research and report recorded cost/benefit of underseals.
