Summary:

To develop a data exchange process and web application between Mn/DOT and local government in the pilot project area of Mn/DOT's district 4, the Detroit Lakes District. To develop ongoing relationships between Mn/DOT and loca government agencies and provide a means to share data between agencies effectively by removing institutional and technological barriers that prevent timely data exchange.
