Local agencies across Minnesota are increasingly planning, updating, or replacing highway department facilities and maintenance campuses. While several agencies have recently built or renovated facilities, these lessons learned are not consolidated into a statewide resource. Lack of shared guidance can lead to inconsistent planning, potential oversizing or under sizing of key spaces, and inefficiencies in project scoping and budgeting.
